A perfect blend of classical and contemporary Mat Pilates highlighting the principles of breathing, control, precision, and flow in a low-impact class that is sure to strengthen your core. Grip socks are required for this class.

A beat-driven, mat-based class combining elements of Pilates & Sculpt for a flowing full-body workout using Bala props for strength and resistance training. Grip socks are required for this class.
